Coverage Area

Like any other developing technology, WiFi or wireless fidelity computer networks have certain promise and certain glitches. Wireless network technology has expanded the area of computer connectivity and work efficiency as well as communication capability of the industry and its workforce. WiFi offers convenience as well as inconvenience. The main disadvantage of WiFi system is its very limited area of coverage. Vulnerability to jamming and interception are other disadvantages. WiFi connections are only available in areas called WiFi hotspots such as villages, corporate premises, airports and coffee shops.
